  • Access to other opportunities such as live workshops & connections to other ambitious, mission-driven women

Investment & Accessibility

This program makes my signature 12-week coaching journey (normally £1,259) accessible through subsidized pricing. Here's how it works:

  • Successful applicants choose what they pay based on their financial circumstances

  • Discounts available range from 25% to 100% (pro bono)

  • Most participants will be expected to make at least a mini financial investment, with pro bono spots reserved for exceptional cases

I believe in making transformative coaching accessible while maintaining its value. This model allows me to serve mission-driven women across different financial circumstances while ensuring program sustainability.

Frequently Asked Questions

Program Overview

  • The program includes six 60-minute coaching sessions over 12 weeks, plus access to a resource library of tools and templates and ongoing support via Signal between sessions. You'll also potentially get access to additional opportunities such as live workshops, expert Q&As, and connections to other women in my network.

  • This program combines executive coaching techniques with an understanding of impact-focused careers and organizations. It's specifically designed for women working on or interested in transitioning into leadership roles addressing pressing global challenges.

  • This program is complementary to many existing programs. While organizations like Magnify Mentoring, Athena and Women in AI Safety provide access to networking and mentorship opportunities, this program provides highly individualized support for personal and professional development. Many participants combine this coaching with other programs for maximum benefit.

Eligibility and Application

  • Selection is based on three main criteria: your potential for impact, your readiness to engage fully with the program, and alignment between your goals and my coaching expertise. Financial need is considered, but isn't the primary selection criterion.

  • Selected participants can access this program at significantly discounted rates. The full price of the program is £1,259, and successful applicants will receive access to a discount of 25%, 50%, 75% or - if required - 100%. You'll indicate your investment level in your application based on your financial circumstances.

  • This program focuses on women based on the hypothesis that they face unique challenges in impact-focused leadership roles. Women are often underrepresented in key influential positions. The program intends to specifically address challenges like imposter syndrome, visibility, and influence-building in contexts where women are often in the minority.

  • The program welcomes anyone who identifies as a woman, including trans women and non-binary people who are comfortable in women-centered spaces. The key is that you resonate with the challenges the program addresses.

However, I'm not an expert in trans, non-binary, or queer experiences, so while I strive to create an inclusive space and can support your leadership and impact goals, if you're specifically looking for support from a coach who specializes in these areas, you may be better served by other great coaches e.g. Christiane Ranke.

  • Applications close December 17th. After initial review, I may invite shortlisted candidates for a brief call to discuss their goals and ensure the program is a good fit. Final decisions will be communicated by December 31st. If accepted, you'll receive details about scheduling your sessions and accessing program resources.

Focus and Fit

  • This program may not be right for you if:

    • You're primarily seeking therapeutic support for mental health challenges

    • You're not yet ready to take concrete actions toward your goals

    • You're looking for someone to give you direct career advice or tell you what to do

    • You're seeking mentorship in your field rather than leadership development

    • You're not able to commit to regular sessions and reflection time

  • I align with frameworks from organizations like 80,000 Hours in focusing on problems that are particularly important, neglected, and tractable. These include existential risks like advanced AI and biosecurity, as well as challenges like climate change and global health. What matters is that you have a thoughtful perspective on which problems are most pressing and why you've chosen to focus where you have.

  • While the program prioritizes women who are already working on or have concrete plans to work on pressing global problems (such as risks from AI, catastrophic pandemics, climate change, and global health), I welcome applications from those with clear plans to transition into these areas. The key is having a well-thought-out understanding of which problems you want to work on and why. Priority will be given to those already working on or with specific plans to work on humanity's most urgent challenges.

  • While I can help you develop as a leader and maximize your effectiveness in your chosen path, I don't provide direct career planning or cause prioritization advice. For support with those decisions, I recommend reaching out to specialized organizations like 80,000 Hours, High Impact Professionals, Successif, or Probably Good or reviewing their resources. My coaching focuses on helping you build the leadership capabilities and confidence to succeed once you have a hypothesis about your direction.

Coaching Experience & Support

  • Coaching is most effective when you're ready for change and willing to engage in honest reflection and experimentation. You don't need any prior coaching experience—just openness to growth and commitment to taking action.

  • While therapy can focus on healing and processing past experiences, coaching is forward-looking and action-oriented. As a coach, I help you clarify goals, develop strategies, and take concrete steps toward your desired future. While we may discuss emotions and patterns that arise, we focus on how these influence your current effectiveness and future impact. If I believe therapy would be more beneficial for your current needs, I'll discuss this with you and can suggest appropriate resources.

  • The core commitment is one 60-minute coaching session every two weeks. Between sessions, you'll want to allocate at least 1-2 hours for reflection and implementation.

  • Recording of sessions is optional. I take confidentiality seriously and have experience working with people in sensitive roles. We can discuss specific confidentiality needs during our first session.

  • Many of my clients are neurodivergent, and I have experience adapting coaching approaches to different thinking and working styles. We'll work together to find strategies that align with your natural strengths and ways of processing information. The program's flexibility allows us to adjust session structure, communication methods, and implementation strategies to what works best for you.

However, it's important to note that I'm not a specialist ADHD coach or neurodivergence expert. While I can support your broader leadership and impact goals, if you're specifically looking for support with ADHD management or autism-specific challenges, you might be better served by a specialist coach or professional who focuses on these areas. I'm happy to discuss whether this program would meet your needs and can recommend specialized resources if appropriate.

  • Yes. I'm happy to discuss any accommodations that would help you fully engage with the program, whether that's related to session timing, communication preferences, or other needs.

  • Yes, if you don't have a pro bono space on the program, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you sign your coaching agreement. During this time, you can cancel your registration and receive a full refund. However, if you agree to start the program within this period, you may be charged for any sessions you have already attended.

If you'd like to cancel within the 14-day period, simply send us an email at admin@katieglass.com with a brief note about your decision to cancel along with your banking details so we can process your refund.
