Hi, I’m Katie Glass

My mission is to enable women working on pressing global problems to make their greatest contributions to the world AND flourish.

Because I believe that doing good should feel good too.

What makes me different to other coaches?

  • I have over 12 years of professional experience in the start-up, tech & non-profit sectors, including Google, Pinterest & the Centre for Effective Altruism.

  • I’ve navigated significant career transitions - from graduate, to employee, to manager, to self-employed.

What’s included

Working with me is essentially like having your own personal consultant & strategist on retainer. Over 12 weeks, you’ll receive:

  • 6x 60 minutes bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions

  • Accountability & support via Signal in-between sessions

  • Session notes & resource hub full of exercises & templates

  • Further personalised resource recommendations & opportunities

Investment: £1,259

Too many people try to go it alone when it comes to personal and professional development. While you think you’re saving money by DIY-ing your way through, the top players know that it pays to get hands-on guidance and support from someone who has already been there.

What we might work on

  • Get clarity on your career plans & accelerate your career progression

  • Set & achieve ambitious goals

  • Navigate a career transition or explore entrepreneurship

  • Hone your self-awareness & communication skills

  • Navigate complex internal politics & complicated work dynamics

  • Increase your income & develop financial security

  • Ensure a healthy ‘work / life balance’ & create a life in which you can flourish!

What my clients say…

When asked in a closing survey: “On a scale of 1 to 5, how valuable were our coaching sessions for you?” (1 = not valuable, 5 = extremely valuable)…

all client responses are either a 4 or a 5, with an average of 4.7.

I came away from every single conversation with Katie re-invigorated, a bit more confident, and ready to take on the challenges I want to address most.
— Kayla Blomquist, Co-Founder/Director of the Oxford China Policy Lab

Katie magically radiates warmth and optimism in a way that’s rare via videocalls. What’s especially remarkable is how elegantly she helped me focus on my priorities, and structured our sessions so we could get lots done in a short time.
— Nadia Montazeri, Pandemic Preparedness Researcher

Katie has a unique ability to boost self-confidence and elevate the ambitions of women transitioning into important domains such as AI safety, fostering a community of motivated and confident women ready to lead in their fields.
— Claire Boine, AI Law Researcher & CEO of Successif

Katie is excellent at what she does, she is an incredibly good listener and provides insightful feedback. She also holds you to account on what you say you will do, which is very motivating if you want to stay on track with your goals.
— Sophia Cyna, Economic & Intergenerational Policy, NSW Treasury

What I appreciated about working with Katie was how we looked at my personal and professional growth in a comprehensive way - giving my thoughts and aspirations more structure and clarity.
— Daisy Newbold-Harrop, Operations Manager, Institute for Law & AI

Frequently Asked Questions

  • If we’d be a great fit to work together but you have financial constraints (for example, you're an academic, early stage entrepreneur, grantee, unemployed or on an LMIC salary, I can offer a limited number of subsidised sessions.

I offer these on a sliding scale of 25%, 50% or 75% discount off my full price, as required.

So please don’t let financial constraints stop you from getting in touch!

I'm also currently exploring creating a membership platform, which would give you access to my resources and support, at a significantly lower price point. If you'd be keen to receive information about this, please express interest here.

  • Although I’d love to help everyone, I can’t accept clients who aren’t the right fit. This is who it's NOT for…

    • People with active, unmanaged mental health challenges (- this is not a replacement for professional mental health interventions such as therapy or medication)

    • People who don’t have the capacity to commit to a 12 week process that requires an investment of time, energy and focus

    • People who aren’t working (or excited to work) on solving pressing global problems & creating a positive future for humanity

    • People wanting to work with a ‘hardcore’ coach who will punish them

    • People who are happy with where they’re at and don’t feel like they need to make any major changes

If any of these sound like you, feel free to check out the other professionals listed here.

  • My target audience is women because I expect it’s my comparative advantage to support this demographic. However, if you’re male, non-binary or otherwise don’t identify as a woman, and you like my vibe, I’d still be happy to consider working with you, so feel free to get in touch!
