Executive coaching for women working on pressing global problems

Develop the capacities needed to have impact in your field.

If you are…

  • An ambitious woman motivated to work on pressing global problems

  • Talented but second-guessing yourself

  • Overwhelmed by complexity and day-to-day urgency

  • Aware you could be having more impact but feel stuck

  • Wanting structured, evidence-based support for your professional development

…You’re in the right place.

My approach

I help you build 5 key capacities that research shows drive success:

  • Self-Trust - Stop second-guessing

  • Clarity - Know what matters

  • Goal Directedness - Turn your vision into reality

  • Resilience - Thrive under pressure

  • Power Fluency - Read the room, lead the conversation

We'll uncover the gap between where you are and where you want to be, then systematically build the capabilities you need through behavioural experiments, structured practice, and real-world application.

I came away from every single conversation with Katie re-invigorated, a bit more confident, and ready to take on the challenges I want to address most.
— Kayla Blomquist, Co-Founder/Director of the Oxford China Policy Lab

Katie is excellent at what she does, she is an incredibly good listener and provides insightful feedback. She also holds you to account on what you say you will do, which is very motivating if you want to stay on track with your goals.
— Sophia Cyna, Economic & Intergenerational Policy, NSW Treasury

What I appreciated about working with Katie was how we looked at my personal and professional growth in a comprehensive way - giving my thoughts and aspirations more structure and clarity.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes - I offer a sliding scale of discounts for people with financial constraints. If you’re an academic, early-stage entrepreneur, grantee, unemployed, or on an LMIC salary, I’d be happy to explore whether there’s a way for us to work together at a rate that feels more accessible. Let’s talk!

  • Although I’d love to help everyone, I can’t accept clients who aren’t the right fit. This is who it's NOT for…

    • People with active, unmanaged mental health challenges (- this is not a replacement for professional mental health interventions such as therapy or medication)

    • People who don’t have the capacity to commit to a 6 month process that requires an investment of time, energy and focus

    • People who aren’t working (or excited to work) on solving pressing global problems & creating a positive future for humanity

    • People wanting to work with a ‘hardcore’ coach who will punish them

    • People who are happy with where they’re at and don’t feel like they need to make any major changes

If any of these sound like you, feel free to check out the other professionals listed here.

  • My target audience is women because I expect it’s my comparative advantage to support this demographic. However, if you’re male, non-binary or otherwise don’t identify as a woman, and you like my vibe, I’d still be happy to consider working with you, so feel free to get in touch!
